We’re looking for a highly motivated, analytical thinker to join our team as a Corporate Development Analyst, where you will serve as a key member of the Strategy & Corporate Development team, supporting leadership in identifying, evaluating and executing high impact strategic growth initiatives. In this role, you will support cross-functional work streams aimed at growing iCIMS’ core business while simultaneously evaluating business partnerships and M&A opportunities to grow the brand in adjacent markets. In addition, you will be responsible for conducting extensive financial modeling and valuation while assessing industry and company-specific research and trends.     Responsibilities:

    • Supporting M&A transactions at each stage: due diligence, pre-deal sign activities, pre-close, post-close
    • Works with functional teams to align resources to integration plans including systems and process on both sides.
    • Provide project management support for various team initiatives, developing and monitoring cross-functional work plans, project timelines, data/resource requirements, and specific steps/benchmarks.
    • Create highly polished power point presentations to support internal and external team presentations.
    • Conduct due diligence of externally sourced business opportunities including: business partnerships, technology acquisition and M&A.
    • Conduct market research, including market sizing, competitive benchmarking, and consumer research
    • Perform detailed analyses to help filter, assess, and implement strategic opportunities.
    • Support multiple work streams associated with strategic projects and ensure clear communication with all key stakeholders.
    • Develop business cases in support of the corporate development opportunities being pursued.
    • Develop, use and maintain comprehensive financial models that forecast revenues, operating expenses, capital expenditures and funding scenarios.
    • Perform industry reviews and prepare periodic reports.
    • Manage the day to day operations of the group and any other administrative tasks as required.
    • Consistently ensures that business is conducted with integrity at all times, policies and processes are observed and that behavior aligns with iCIMS’ core competencies.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in, business administration, engineering, finance, economics, or a related area
    • 2+ years’ experience with consulting firm, banking or strategy/corporate development role
    • Advanced to expert level Excel and PowerPoint skills
    • Excellent analytical and financial modeling skills
    • Excels at delivering results in a highly ambiguous environment
    • Entrepreneurial mindset and pattern recognition capability
    • Interest in emerging technologies and trends in the recruitment space
    • Ability to think strategically, to anticipate and identify problems, and develop creative solutions
    • Self-motivated, well-organized, able to work independently and meet deadlines
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.  Articulates thoughts and ideas clearly, concisely, and persuasively.
