We’re looking for an adept cross-functional collaborator with expert knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to join our team as a Manager, Web Properties, where you’ll oversee iCIMS’ digital properties, providing analytics, translating results, and making recommendations around performance, workforce coordination and planning. In this role, you’ll provide leadership and mentoring to the Developers, UX Analysts and SEO team members who architect and develop our digital properties and the resulting user experience. You’ll create best practices for development, drive the creation of our search engine optimization strategy, and oversee program execution to maximize site performance, in addition to monitoring our User Experience initiatives to increase engagement and conversion.     • Lead a web development and analytics team that will design, build, test, and release great digital experiences.  This team will also ensure the effective analysis of site(s) performance, make recommendations for improvement and execute those recommendations.
    • Apply statistics and data modeling to gain actional business insights and boost customer productivity and revenue.
    • Provides leadership, training, mentoring, and supervision to the Web Developers and User Experience team.
    • Establishes guidelines, best practices, and processes related to efficient web development, testing, analysis, Search Engine Optimization and usability standards that align with the iCIMS brand.
    • Develops scalable, highly usable and responsive CMS-driven (Drupal and Salesforce) websites based on business needs.
    • Continually learn and ensure the development of the team to learn new techniques and best practices to keep current in web development, user experience, and SEO.
    • Presents findings from website performance analytics and presents solutions engendered by emerging technology within and outside of Development Services team.
    • Collaborates with the marketing, product, and IT development groups to build high quality web sites, web applications and digital marketing tools.
    • Oversees new development, modifications and maintains iCIMS web sites, including the corporate web site, career site, developer site (Drupal) and the Customer Care site (Salesforce).
    • Creates and maintains scalable and secure code to automate processes for lead generation programs.
    • Oversees the development and deployment of internal (department level) systems and processes.
    • Oversees and facilitates troubleshooting, debugging exercises, and implements code as required to maintain the SLA for each digital property.
    • Develops and executes testing plans for all sites across browsers and devices / mobile.
    • Adheres to organizational project management methodologies and technologies.
    • Maintain positive working relationships with and provides service and support to individuals from diverse backgrounds
    • Consistently ensures that business is conducted with integrity at all times and that behavior aligns with iCIMS’ core competencies.
    • Works on multiple projects simultaneously and effectively responds to shifting priorities and to work efficiently under the pressure of deadlines.
    • Willingness and enthusiasm for learning/ sharing new technologies and techniques that support evolving needs.


    • Minimum 3 years of people management experience within the technology field; proven experience leading a team in a fast-paced environment.
    • BS degree or equivalent required.   A computer-related degree preferred. 
    • Fluency in best practices for mobile and web-based information architecture and SEO, as well as strong knowledge of usability principles and techniques for optimizing experiences.
    • Expert Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript preferred.
    • Experience with Salesforce or similar enterprise level CRM applications is a plus.
    • Expert level understanding of web technologies, content management systems, (Drupal) project collaboration tools (JIRA, SharePoint) digital analytic tools (Google Analytics) preferred. 
    • Proven track record presenting to and influencing others while supporting decisions with sound rationale.
    • Excellent communication skills; able to communicate verbally, orally, and visually with diverse groups who possess varying levels of technical proficiencies.
    • Ability to collaborate, earn trust, and be excited to work with interactive designers and other iCIMS development teams to envision and iterate concepts that drive business results.
    • Sharp eye for detail and highly developed organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize projects, tasks, and meet deadlines.
    • B2B technology experience preferred.
    • Previous experience within the Human Capital Management technology space extremely desirable.
    • Strong ability hire, motivate, and lead people leaders and create a high-performance team culture.
    • Solid presentation and “managing up” skills; this person will be sharing periodic operational updates with executive-level leadership team members.
    • Excellent attention to detail
    • Ability to lead internal and external teams and provide cross-functional leadership including guidance on changing priorities.
    • Experience with the MS Office Suite and MS Outlook required.
    • Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment that is experiencing high growth. 
    • A self-starter who takes the initiative, someone who can proactively identify issues/opportunities and recommend solutions.
