We’re looking for a data-driven self-starter to join our Inbound Media team as a Digital Media Associate, where you’ll refine and execute strategies geared toward producing lead generation programs to achieve various monthly segment goals. In this role, you’ll be responsible for deploying and monitoring several inbound marketing initiatives, as well as managing vendor relationships and reporting on daily metrics. You’ll perform continued data analysis to help us optimize performance, in addition to monitoring the competitive landscape and staying apprised of new software and market trends.     About Us:

    Responsibilities:

    • Develops relationship with third party vendors to grow iCIMS customer base
    • Creates, monitors, and deploys paid email blasts, social posts, and content campaigns
    • Efficiently maintains monthly media budget to achieve demand generation and sales targets
    • Drives continued optimization of managed vendors through performance analysis, testing, and more
    • Communicates with members of the Marketing and Sales teams to plan and execute campaign activities
    • Improves and optimizes campaign performance to drive Sales revenue by target segment
    • Tracks day-to-day campaign activities for quality and consistency
    • Learns the CRM tool to track performance and analyze data trends against monthly goals
    • Researches industry landscape to develop go-to-market strategies to reach end user/buyer
    • Inputs ideas for marketing communications to maximize qualified leads and opportunities
    • Consistently ensures that business is conducted with integrity at all times and that behavior aligns with iCIMS’ core competencies

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
    • Minimum of 1-3 years’ experience in digital marketing, vendor management, or related field
    • Working knowledge of industry landscape and consistency looks for ways to improve go-to-market strategies
    • Proven track record of developing successful programs that deliver business results
    • Strong ability to analyze lead data and campaign results
    • Experience in project and budget management
    • Familiar working in a demanding, fast-paced environment
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Self-motivated with the ability to show resilience under pressure
    • Demonstrates problem solving and creative thinking
    • High aptitude for learning new systems and analytical thinking
    • Business to business marketing experience is a plus
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
    • Proficient in utilization of Salesforce.com is a plus
