We are seeking a detail-oriented system administrator and expert multitasker to join our team. You'll drive Salesforce changes impacting our engaged user groups. In this role, you'll support 600+ end users across various user groups (Sales, Account Management, Customer Service, Marketing, Finance and Legal), ensuring data accuracy and overseeing data workflows. In addition you will perform system configurations resolving issues; testing, deploying, monitoring and documenting changes; and creating reports our business needs to make informed decisions.
