    Responsibilities:

    • Drives strategy and planning of all email nurture programs supporting product and promotional campaigns to iCIMS’ internal database
    • Carries out segmentation of the database and implements strategies to move marketing qualified leads into sales-ready opportunities
    • Aligns closely with Pardot execution team to ensure that promotions are sent in a timely manner
    • Stays abreast of and recommends email marketing best practices for segmentation and personalization
    • Interfaces with sales and marketing stakeholders to understand target account list and defines the best messaging, subject lines, and call to actions to support program goals
    • Collaborates with content team to identify suitable assets to leverage for account acceleration or long-term nurture
    • Manages development of email testing program, providing takeaways and recommendations to continually improve programming
    • Leverages marketing automation tools and CRM to track performance, analyze data trends against nurture goals, and report on sales revenue generated from email marketing efforts
    • Consistently ensures that business is conducted with integrity at all times and that behavior aligns with iCIMS’ core competencies

    Qualifications:

    • A minimum of 1 year of experience deploying, developing and optimizing email campaigns
    • Hands-on experience in Pardot or similar marketing automation system strongly preferred
    • Previous project management experience
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to work seamlessly in a team-oriented environment
    • Demonstrated flexibility, creativity and problem-solving skills
    • Strong results orientation with a proven track record of flawless execution and strong attention to detail
    • Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency, Salesforce.com, and HTML/CSS experience is a plus
    • Comfortable working in a demanding, fast-paced changing environment that is going through high growth
    • Believes in self and is passionate about learning and growing
    • Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and can easily switch gears to manage multiple project types

    Education

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or comparable education/experience
