    Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive event program reflecting and supporting iCIMS strategic initiatives.
    • Manage fiscal requirements for the calendar year; prepare and adhere to budgets accordingly. Ensure that cost avoidance/saving measures are identified. Prioritize negotiations with vendors among the team.
    • Strategize with internal stakeholders to develop marketing campaigns for event speaking engagements and promotions (email, social, print); collaborate with Brand Associates to develop event branding and promotional initiatives.
    • Track performance and analyze event success against lead goals. Partner with Marketing Analytics team and Decision Support to set up appropriate tracking within Salesforce, report monthly on results. Identify new ways to prove ROI and showcase in quarterly business reviews.
    • Collaborate cross-departmentally to roll out new processes to kaizen the current events strategy. Make recommendations for processes that are currently not providing value.
    • Research and report on industry landscape for competitive analysis on events in the HR space.
    • Support and oversight of all logistics of assigned events including venue selection, invite campaigns, travel coordination, shipping, onsite execution, and post-event lead reporting.

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing or event management
    • Requires exceptional collaboration and organizational skills
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to think critically and create strategic plans
    • Requires strong ability to analyze lead data and results
    • Proven negotiation skills
    • A personable self-starter and creative thinker with ability to show resilience, grace, and professionalism under pressure
    • Comfortable working in a demanding, fast-paced environment
    • Excellent cross-team collaboration skills with the ability to drive and communicate change
    • Microsoft Office proficiency required and SalesForce experience is a plus
    • Cvent experience a plus
    • Ability to travel approximately 30%
