    Responsibilities:

    As a Management Recruiter you will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following essential duties and responsibilities:

    • Independently manage recruiting processes for all manager and above positions.
    • Partner with hiring managers on job postings and potential candidates, acting as a resource throughout the process, ensuring that candidates are thoughtfully considered and compared against job requirements, desired qualifications and cultural fit. 
    • Nurture and maintain relationships with identified passive talent to feed pipelines. 
    • Research competitive markets and peer organizations to develop and maintain external relationships with community based organizations to identify potential candidates through networking, cold calling, referrals and other proactive methods, reducing reliance on outside recruiting agencies 
    • Spend time with stakeholders to fully understand the business, the key talent needs, and the value proposition for prospective candidates. This includes maintaining relationships with hiring managers to stay abreast of current and future hiring needs. 
    • Maintain compliance with federal, state and local employment laws and ensure all hiring policies and procedures are adhered to 
    • In partnership with TA Manager, develops and adapts management/executive recruiting strategy to meet business needs 
    • Consults with stakeholders throughout the hiring process. Gives guidance on the interview, selection process and all aspects of the offer package.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required 
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience conducting full cycle recruiting 
    • Minimum of 2 years of sourcing, candidate assessment and consulting with stakeholders on leadership/executive level searches in either a corporate or agency/executive search firm environment 
    • Excellent client relationship and influencing skills
    • Must be able to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously and have strong organizational skills as well as be able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
    • Strong knowledge of complex recruiting, sourcing, and assessment of executive talent 
    • Deep knowledge of recruiting and/or executive search methodology and services 
    • Possess strong business acumen and able to act as a talent advisor /consultant to the business 
    • Strong negotiation and influencing skills
    • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
    • Proven ability to quickly learn new applications, processes, and procedures 
    • Communicates a "can do" attitude and positive outlook 
    • Professional image with ability to form good partner relationships across functions 
    • Demonstrates initiative and resourcefulness as well as an attention to detail 
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power-Point) 
    • PHR / SPHR, LinkedIn Recruiter and AIRS certified are all highly preferred.
