You’ll be responsible for the development and delivery of a curriculum focused on product, process, selling methodology, and soft skills necessary to drive professional development, sales growth, and revenue attainment. In this role, you’ll be asked to leverage your experience training sellers on software-as-a-service (SaaS) products to construct scalable and repeatable on-boarding programs for new employees, as well as ongoing training for continued professional development. You’ll develop robust resources for individuals (and teams) looking to enhance particular skill sets, working with key stakeholders to build out project plans and develop learning materials. Through the programs you design (and lead!), you’ll help keep our sellers savvy, and have an opportunity to directly impact the team’s success.     • Conduct segment specific Sales training needs assessments to support the design, development and delivery of improvements to the iCIMS Sales training program
    • Deliver, and continuously improve the iCIMS Sales Methodology Training Program as well as on-going learning opportunities for the company’s sales professionals by providing training on our sales process, sales systems (SFDC) and value proposition in a blended learning model
    • Utilize a variety of the training methodologies, techniques, concepts, learning tools, and practices to ensure maximum effectiveness of trainings offered to our sales teams
    • Collaborate with existing subject matter experts on current and upcoming product enhancements and innovations in order to contribute to the design and maintenance of current and effective training programs.
    • Maintain training records, statistics and monthly metrics.
    • Shorten external ramp-up time, while also facilitating internal growth in an organization where we promote rapidly. Create and revise learning assessments for measuring comprehension to monitor the learning and development impact to the business.
    • Act as point of contact and liaison between Talent Development department for Sales and Marketing leadership department.
    • Incorporate feedback from class participants and other training stakeholders to improve and expand curriculum and teaching methodology
    • Analyze program feedback and deliver metrics to management
    • Create and deliver training support materials/handouts for training conducted
    • Manage and oversee content within the Learning Management Systems
    • Ensure all training rooms, equipment and other requirements are reserved and/or cancelled based on training need


    • Minimum of 5 years of professional Sales training experience in a SaaS environment.
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or equivalent experience in related industry
    • Demonstrated ability to successfully develop and deliver sales training programs utilizing skills in instructional design (ADDIE), program design & development, and training technologies.
    • Strong organizational, planning, project management, problem resolution, communication, presentation, facilitation, and influencing skills required.
    • Experience in delivering training to adults with in-person and remote delivery via webinar
    • Demonstrated ability to create training courses on processes and software
    • Well-honed ability to conduct exciting and engaging training sessions for large groups in a variety of organizational and skill levels
    • Familiarity with authoring tools like Captivate, Camtasia, Articulate.
    • Strong presentation & facilitation skills and the proven capability of communicating in both large and small group setting
    • Ability to adjust training techniques to accommodate various learning styles
    • Prior experience with Sales CRM system a must, highly desirable salesforce.com experience.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Strong motivator.
    • Experience in creating recorded training modules
    • Experience using a Learning Management System (LMS)
    • Exceptional client relationship skills and demonstrated experience developing consultative relationships at all levels
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Advanced MS Office Suite Skills
