    • Manages all logistical aspects related to candidate scheduling: phone screens, Skype interviews, and on-site interviews both with candidates and hiring managers. Includes arranging candidate travel arrangements when necessary.
    • Updates Applicant Tracking System daily with actions taken to ensure compliance related to scheduling.
    • Provides backups to the Talent Acquisition Coordinator for initiating and coordinating pre-employment processes including background investigations, reference checking, assessments, and escalating as necessary to ensure a timely start date
    • Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails.
    • Partners with Talent Management team to organize and maintain employee electronic files ensuring compliance with Talent processes and records retention Aligns with HRBPs and HRBP Coordinator to proactively audit files to ensure accuracy, compliance and completeness.
    • Pulls ad hoc reports from HRIS & Performance Management System to support ongoing tracking and analytics.
    • Supports requests for employment verification by explaining process and directing requests to The Work Number. Completes employment verifications in situations not supported by The Work Number.
    • Provides backup to HRBP Coordinators on the coordination of key HR processes including Mid-Year and Year End Performance Management cycles, Talent Reviews and ISO & other Audits.
    • Provides backup and support for Ultipro HRIS and Cornerstone Performance Management Systems.
    • Updates and maintains all HR policy and process documents as instructed by Talent leadership.
    • Maintains quality service by following organization standards while recommending and implementing process improvements.
    • Consistently ensures that work is conducted with integrity at all times and that behavior aligns with iCIMS policies, procedures, and core competencies.
    • Provides administrative support to Talent Team leadership.


    • Minimum of 1 year of prior experience in Human Resources function preferred.
    • HR systems (Ultipro HRIS, Cornerstone LMS) experience highly desirable, but not required
    • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Articulate thoughts and ideas clearly and persuasively.
    • Ability to work effectively within a fast paced, changing environment that is going through high growth.
    • A self-starter with the demonstrated ability to take initiative and act with urgency.
    • Strong results orientation and attention to detail.
    • Demonstrated customer service orientation
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and utmost discretion at all times
    • Must be highly organized and detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks/projects as assigned
    • Human Resource certification highly desired.
