The Sales Enablement Manager is responsible for driving the development and execution of the sales enablement strategy in conjunction with the overall go-to-market strategy and business imperatives for iCIMS. This individual will be responsible for implementing the sales enablement strategy, selecting tools, training and developing processes to deliver on that strategy - ultimately supporting and increasing the effectiveness of our sales organization. The Sales Enablement Manager is responsible for leading the Sales Enablement initiatives for the iCIMS sales organization to increase the sales productivity. This individual should help improve revenue performance at the individual rep, team, segment and company level through content and training. This role will play an integral part in developing, evaluating and improving our go-to-market enablement plan in-order-to drive all sales efforts.
