If so, then you may be the person who we need to fill our opening for a partner development and relationship manager! For the development part of the dual role, you will help us identify, engage and sign new partners to add to our existing partner network. Meanwhile, for the relationship portion of the role, you will maintain existing relations with the most important partners in our network by collaborating with them to produce cobranded communications, enabling their sales teams and developing and executing strategies that drive revenue.     Responsibilities

    • Recruit, onboard and manage technology partners, like CRM, ATS, and System Integrators
    • Be the primary point of contact for partners throughout the partner lifecycle 
    • Work with partner AE’s and Sales Leadership to implement co-selling campaigns to source net new pipeline and to accelerate/influence existing pipeline. 
    • Understand and communicate market opportunities, needs and partner feedback to cross-functional team to inform product and customer success roadmap and prioritization
    • Build and execute partner marketing strategy across partner network including co-branding content, campaigns, PR and events.
    • Develop mutually-beneficial and trusting relationships with partners - make TextRecruit a favored company with which to partner 

     

    Qualifications

    • 3+ years of relevant alliances and channel experience preferred
    • 3+ years direct sales experience at Enterprise SaaS company 
    • 6+ years overall work experience in Sales, BD, Partnerships
    • Passionate about TextRecruit and the problem we are solving 
    • Proven track record in managing and maintaining partner relationships 
    • Strong product sensibility, and comfort with considering basic technical feasibility of partner integrations 
    • Experience in enabling sales organizations to co-sell with partners 
    • Experience working with partner programs in their infancy
    • BA/BS Degree Preferred 
    • Must be able to work out of our San Jose, CA or Chicago, IL location
