We’re seeking a collaborative leader and consultative partner to join our team as a Director of Practice, where you’ll be responsible for building out operations and frameworks around business practice improvements and practice governance. In this role, you’ll partner with different teams across the organization to build a function from the ground up that will oversee and tactically implement programs in the areas of process improvement, business change management and acquisition integration. We’re looking for someone with a comprehensive understanding of the nuances of internal business operations and technologies—someone who is extremely effective at working within the organization to understand the ins and outs of programs, processes, policies, procedures and systems to drive change. If you’re a metrics-driven, detail-oriented expert communicator, this could be a perfect fit.
