    Do you have a background in business operations, change management or M&A integration? Have you worked at a software or subscription-based company? We’re seeking a collaborative leader and consultative partner to join our team as a Director of Practice, where you’ll be responsible for building out operations and frameworks around business practice improvements and practice governance. In this role, you’ll partner with different teams across the organization to build a function from the ground up that will oversee and tactically implement programs in the areas of process improvement, business change management and acquisition integration. We’re looking for someone with a comprehensive understanding of the nuances of internal business operations and technologies—someone who is extremely effective at working within the organization to understand the ins and outs of programs, processes, policies, procedures and systems to drive change.     • Collaborate with VP of Infrastructure to establish the vision, planning & prioritization for the ISS organization.
    • Reinforce the ISS vision within and partner with the VP of Infrastructure to define the strategies specific to Practice area of the ISS organization that support ISS and company objectives.

    Team Leadership:

    • Leads and inspires high performing teams to achieve goals through open, honest, and transparent communication.
    • Lead and mentor both direct and indirect reports in a matrixed environment with the goal of improving their professional expertise to better serve business initiatives.
    • Focus on leveraging the talents and interests of the team to further company objectives.
    • Work effectively as a team member with other members of management.
    • Manage team members’ performance including formal reviews, establishing departmental and individual objectives and performing applicable assessments.
    • Ensure a fun, dynamic work environment & build merit-based culture which appeals to top talent.

    Practice Improvement:

    • Oversite for establishing and operationalizing Practice organization in line with Strategy and the need to enable and drive best practices across the company.
    • Collaborate with executives across the business to build buy-in and engagement around the direction and implementation of best practice business objectives.
    • Build function to establish governance around corporate and functional best practices, including review cadence, templates and operational guidance.
    • Apply that governance to move organization to functional maturity.  
    • Partner with functional leadership to ensure ongoing practice documentation and review.
    • Work with functional leadership to develop and implement plans to improve company practices as needed including the potential use of systems and automation.
    • Ensure that process improvements are not just looking at today’s needs but the future as well in our growing company.
    • Develop and report metrics and results related to practice documentation and improvements to demonstrate impact on the department and company.

    Project / Change Management:

    • Develop governance around project and business change management, including review cadence, templates, guidance, and maturity.
    • Partner with functional leadership to ensure ongoing project and business change management, communication, and review.
    • Work with functional leadership to develop and implement plans to improve company project and business change management and communication, including the potential use of systems and automation.
    • Assess how much change other areas of the company can handle at a given time,  and escalate change management issues.
    • Develop and report metrics related to project delivery, timeline, budget, along with stakeholders’ satisfaction and impact of projects.

    Merger Integration:

    • Develop governance around business change management and practice integration associated with mergers and acquisitions, including review cadence, templates, guidance, and maturity.
    • Partner with functional leadership to develop and implement plans related to business change management, communication, practice integration, and system alignment associated with mergers and acquisitions.
    • Assess the potential impact of business change, practice integration and system alignment pre-acquisition and the impact on both companies post change, and escalating issues as necessary.
    • Develop and report metrics and results related to integration delivery, timeline, budget, along with stakeholders’ satisfaction and business impact


    • Determine, track, and report metrics that measure the successful implementation of various strategic projects and initiatives.
    • Establish and maintain a budget staying within spending parameters
    • Establish the drivers for when an Operational Area requires a separate Operations function to drive consistency
    • Ensures process documents are complete, current, communicated and stored appropriately



    • Must have a Bachelor’s degree; MBA preferred
    • A minimum of 5 years of operational leadership experience, with a significant background in process transformation, business change management, and/or project management.
    • At least 10 years of experience in and demonstrated competency with implementing business processes and activity-based metrics involving leading success indicators
    • Strong customer commitment and demonstrated experience establishing a “Customer Experience” culture in support of all the business functions of a fast-paced company;
    • Ability to collaborate across departments and influence senior leaders where appropriate;
    • Experience guiding high performing teams with demonstrated ability to evaluate and develop talent
    • Excellent communication (written and verbal), with the proven ability to effectively translate complex ideas and tailor key messages to multiple audiences.
    • Ability to drive and manage systems/process change agenda as required.
    • Strong results orientation with a proven track record of flawless execution and strong attention to detail
    • Experience working within a SaaS environment preferred
    • Ability to develop creative solutions and drive effective organizational change
    • Proven success in a high volume, entrepreneurial, and fast-paced growth environment
    • Ability and willingness to work in the Holmdel, New Jersey headquarters
