We’re looking for an ambitious, analytical and forward-thinking self-starter with superior executive presence to join our Corporate Development team as an Acquisition Integration Manager, where you’ll be responsible for project managing the integration of, both current and future acquisitions and partnerships. You’ll oversee all functional areas and tasks related to the integration, including determining priorities and responsibilities, setting milestones, clearing roadblocks and reporting progress to senior management. In addition, you’ll help influence the strategic direction of where we want iCIMS to go, and forge strong relationships in the broader M&A landscape.

    • Defines, tracks and communicates appropriate performance measurements to project team and stakeholders
    • Works with functional teams to align resources to integration plans including systems and process on both sides.
    • Establishes and executes on acquisition and integration plans and methodologies.
    • Communicates project priorities and sets project tasks for related teams.
    • Prepares appropriate documentation to close out integration projects and facilitate effective hand-offs.
    • Participates in the continuous improvement of iCIMS’ integration processes and best practices.
    • Helps refine and execute on iCIMS’ post-acquisition integration playbook.
    • Help conduct operational due diligence to inform integration planning
    • Acts as the primary liaison and point-of-contact to key stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and manage operational "on the ground" teams during critical phases of integration.
    • Implements thoughtful business processes to support and integrate agents.
    • Provides reports on team metrics, KPIs and results to department leadership and stakeholders.
    • Travels as needed to ensure effective communication and integration at all levels
    • Consistently ensures that business is conducted with integrity at all times, policies and processes are observed and that behavior aligns with iCIMS’ core competencies.


    • A minimum of 5 years of project management experience required.   Finance experience preferred.
    • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to effectively lead meetings and influence outcomes.
    • Effective and collaborative communication style with the ability to customize approach for a variety of audiences ranging from senior executives to junior resources.
    • Ability to learn business processes and opportunities with a mindset for mitigating regulatory and reputation risk.
    • Strong customer orientation focus and success in creating a superior Customer Experience.
    • Ability to organize and manage multiple, and at times competing priorities.
    • Demonstrated ability to solve practical problems or resolve issues in a timely manner.
    • Proficient in the MS Office Suite
    • Ability to thrive in a fast paced, growing organization.
    • Strong track record of success in building solid working relationships within various areas/business functions of the company.
    • An entrepreneurial-spirit and desire to build a new function from the ground up.
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.  Articulates thoughts and ideas clearly, concisely, and persuasively.
    • Strong aptitude in organizational skills including project management and time management.
    • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a high degree of approachability and the ability to work seamlessly in a team oriented environment.  
    • Ability to travel up to 25%
