    iCIMS is seeking a Manager of Account Development to build and lead a team of Account Development Executives. This team is responsible for generating new customers and supporting revenue growth in one of our most important business segments. This individual will recruit, develop, manage, and motivate the team to penetrate new markets and new prospects, leveraging a 360-degree selling approach.     Responsibilities

    • Hire and lead a team of 6 Account Development Executives (ADEs) responsible for generating viable selling opportunities for the Sales team.
    • Work cross functionally with other departments driving towards the ultimate goal of generating revenue
    • Achieve plan goals for opportunities. Develop and implement strategies and processes to support the ADE team in delivering against individual and company objectives.
    • Work with Division VP of Sales, along with other members of sales leadership to drive the ADE forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes in line with corporate objectives.
    • Create a productive, results oriented and rewarding team environment.
    • Own ADE performance metrics and KPIs
    • Proactively identify and address opportunities to improve ADE performance, processes, people and technology.
    • Assess process and provide feedback to sales leadership to improve opportunity creation and win rates
    • Coach and mentor direct reports.
    • Collaborate with Sales Management and Inside Sales Trainer to determine training needs and implement programs.
    • Own talent management including performance reviews and development plans.

    Qualifications

    • Minimum 8 years of sales and/or account management experience preferred
    • Minimum 3 years of managerial experience preferred
    • Strong experience with evaluating, hiring, and training resources
    • Experience with sales process development and systems in a metrics-driven technology business
    • Consistent record of quota achievement
    • Proven leadership skills with experience building and growing high performing teams
    • Demonstrated expertise in sales strategies, techniques, processes and measurements
    • Strong aptitude in organizational skills include project management and time management
    • Strong desire to learn and teach. Takes pride in individual growth and has the ability to prepare the team’s skills to address the next phase of the company’s development.

    • Strong motivator
