iCIMS is seeking a Manager of Account Development to build and lead a team of Account Development Executives. This team is responsible for generating new customers and supporting revenue growth in one of our most important business segments. This individual will recruit, develop, manage, and motivate the team to penetrate new markets and new prospects, leveraging a 360-degree selling approach. The ideal candidate has experience working directly with mid-market and enterprise companies in a B2B sales environment, as well as a proven track record of developing processes and effectively training a team of resources to generate outbound interest which are converted into viable sales opportunities.
