Do you have HRIS experience? Have you administrated an ATS, LMS or HCM before? We’re looking for an expert collaborator and fast learner to join our team as a HR Operations specialist, where you’ll be responsible for the support and administration of our HR-related systems, including UltiPro, Cornerstone and our proprietary iCIMS ATS. In this role, you’ll serve as a consultative partner to various groups within the Talent function to help increase productivity, enhance reporting and preserve data integrity. You’ll also collaborate with our Infrastructure Shared Service team and vendors to resolve any systems integration or technical issues, as well as keep up with system releases and train end users on new features. If you’re a reporting whiz with a knack for documenting and bringing efficiency to systems and processes, this could be a perfect fit!
