    As part of the iCIMS Customer Success team, the Training Specialist III is responsible for developing, delivering, and maintaining training on the iCIMS product line for iCIMS clients. The Training Specialist III will play a major role in designing and delivering training in a variety of formats, which may include instructor-led, classroom-based training; eLearning tutorials; webinars; and other training formats. The Training Specialist III will have experience in both training design and training delivery, but may specialize in one of these areas. The Training Specialist III will report to the Manager, Training Services.

    Responsibilities

    • Designs, develops, delivers and maintains web-based and classroom-led training materials on the iCIMS product line for iCIMS customers and partners
    • Maintains a strong understanding of iCIMS products
    • Utilizes the team’s established eLearning style and teaching methodology for all initiatives and actively contributes to the continuous improvement of processes
    • Works with other departments to identify training needs
    • Mentors other team members in the mastery of the iCIMS product line and training curriculum
    • Assists with data analysis and reporting
    • Keeps abreast of industry news and competitive offering
    • Consistently ensures that business is conducted with integrity and that behavior aligns with iCIMS policies, procedures, and core competencies

    Qualifications

    • Minimum 5 years of experience designing and/or delivering training; iCIMS, HRIS, ATS training and/or other applicable industry training preferred
    • Desire to be part of and contribute to an extremely collaborative team environment
    • Extreme attention to detail and organizational skills
    • Exceptionally self-motivated and directed with an ability to learn quickly and autonomously
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: articulates thoughts and ideas (technical and non-technical) clearly, concisely, and persuasively
    • Demonstrated customer service orientation
    • Tendency to think outside the box and develop solutions that may not be immediately obvious
    • Ability to plan, undertake, and complete projects and activities to achieve high quality results
    • Ability to collaborate and communicate with a range of personality types at all levels of the organization in a facilitative and mature manner
    • Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously, adhere to project plans, and adapt to shift direction frequently as dictated by the changing nature of software
    • Demonstrated commitment to keeping sensitive information confidential
    • Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced, changing environment that is going through high growth
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
    • Previous experience working in a software or other high-tech environment strongly preferred
    • Experience with Camtasia, Captivate or other similar systems strongly preferred
    • Experience using Audacity or other video editing systems strongly preferred
    • Experience with web conferencing platforms strongly preferred

     

    Education/Certifications/Licenses 

    • BA/BS in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, Instructional Technology, or related discipline preferred or relevant experience
