As a product manager, you will oversee UNIFi, our platform-as-a-service (PaaS) framework, which allows our customers to strengthen the core capabilities of our recruiting software through seamless integrations with hundreds of other providers. More specifically, you will build the roadmap for UNIFi’s integrations with other platforms, write the technical product specifications and discuss the implications with our engineers, all while keeping an analytical eye on trends and engaging with customers to prioritize future integrations.     Responsibilities

    • Manages, develops, and implements product activities to maximize sales of an assigned product
    • Acts as an advocate for the customer, internal stakeholders and business partners as it relates to product issues and improvements
    • Analyzes brand performance, brand competitiveness, and product trends in the marketplace and develops product strategies based on research and analysis
    • Liaises with Product Marketing to ensure product positioning is effectively communicated
    • Liaises with Business Analysts and Labs teams to clearly communicates business objectives and requirements for the assigned product requirements
    • Works cross-functionally across the organization to identify opportunities for process improvement associated with product implementation and support
    • Directly supports high profile customer events (CAC, HEI, etc..) and customer engagement programs (PEP)
    • A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected
    • Consistently ensures that business is conducted with integrity at all times and that behavior aligns with iCIMS policies, procedures, and core competencies

     

    Qualifications

    • 5+ years of product management experience
    • Ability to set and manage priorities judiciously
    • The desire to be part of and to contribute to a team environment
    • Ability to works under limited manager supervision- exceptionally self-motivated and creative.
    • Strategic analysis, creative problem solving, business judgment and financial acumen are required.
    • Expert knowledge and planning of multiple products. General knowledge of product lifecycle management.
    • Technical ability to manage project assignments with a wide range of complexity in various areas of knowledge.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to convey thoughts and ideas across all levels of the organization
    • Exceptional relationship building skills and the ability to strategically plan and influence across all departments in the organization.
