    • Develops relationship with third party vendors, search agency, and key marketing and sales business stakeholders to grow iCIMS customer base
    • Researches segment and geo-focused digital tactics to implement across accounts and campaigns
    • Develops the processes, SEM strategies, and creative requirements needed to execute best-in-class digital campaigns
    • Implements the necessary tools to monitor and increase sales pipeline (Google Analytics, Adwords, Marin, etc)
    • Initiates drafts for ad copy and monthly testing plans for managed channels
    • Collaborates with the Sales department to gain insight and brainstorms activities that will increase the opportunity conversion and sales conversion
    • Manages execution of activities within a defined budget and go-to-market timeline
    • Reports on monthly and quarterly Cost-Per-Lead and Cost-Per-Opportunity and ROI metrics
    • Partners with Marketing Analytics team to monitor data integrity and ad operations
    • Tracks monthly activities for quality and consistency and efficiency gains where possible
    • Leverages CRM tool to track performance and analyze data trends against monthly goals
    • Researches industry landscape to develop go-to-market strategies to reach end user and buyer
    • Consistently ensures that business is conducted with integrity at all times and that behavior aligns with iCIMS’ core competencies

    • 5+ years of experience working in B2B digital marketing, vendor management, or related field
    • Requires strong reporting capabilities and the ability to provide insights and analyze lead data/campaign results
    • Proven success (revenue generation) of multi-channel demand generation campaigns
    • Experience managing third-party advertising and vendor relationships and budget
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to work seamlessly in a team-oriented environment
    • Demonstrated flexibility, creativity and problem-solving skills
    • Strong results orientation with a proven track record of flawless execution and strong attention to detail
    • Experience with CRM and marketing automation systems, Salesforce and Pardot a plus
    • Strong and disciplined project management and process improvement capabilities
    • Comfortable working in a demanding, fast-paced changing environment that is going through high growth
    • Believes in self and is passionate about learning and growing
    • Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and can easily switch gears to manage multiple project types


    • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred or relevant work experience
