We’re looking for a highly organized, expert influencer to join our Marketing team as an Advocacy Associate II, where you’ll own the strategy and execution of securing customer participation in indirect growth opportunities. In this role, you’ll cultivate a community of iCIMS brand advocates who will speak to the value of our products and services through speaking engagements, editorial features, case studies, references, industry site reviews, and additional marketing activities. You’ll become an expert on our customers and personas, helping drive customer events, measuring the ROI of customer marketing activities, and making recommendations as to which customers we should be leveraging.     • Manage, maintain, and serve as a main point of contact for indirect growth advocacy programs at iCIMS
    • Support the events strategy for all customer-facing events (including, but not limited to the Customer Advisory Council, Regional Event Series, CHRO Conference, etc.)
    • Recruit new customers into the Marketing Program as part of onboarding; work with legal to convert previously opted out customers to join the program
    • Own customer outreach for securing participation in marketing opportunities (i.e. speaking engagements, case studies, etc.)
    • Work seamlessly with Content Marketing and Public Relations to hand-off customer advocate leads ready to participate in marketing opportunities
    • Ensure resulting marketing opportunities are shared with and leveraged by the Sales and Brand teams
    • Work seamlessly with Search and Paid Media to increase positive customer reviews on paid media and industry sites (i.e. Software Advice, Capterra, G2)
    • Leverage Yammer and Salesforce.com to identify potential advocates and customer stories when new deals are signed
    • Report monthly on marketing program enrollments, new iCARE advocates, and the pipeline of participants in marketing opportunities
    • Maintain customer lists (marketing program, F500, etc) as serve as responsible party for kicking off quarterly updates



    • A minimum of 4 years of experience in the Marketing field.
    • Forward thinking and of the mindset “if our customers succeed, we succeed”.
    • Must love building relationships and delighting customers; success is building a community of brand advocates.
    • Not afraid to get creative with how we engage and motivate our customer advocates.
    • Personable, outgoing and an effective communicator.
    • Proven track record of developing successful programs that deliver business results.
    • Comfortable working in a demanding, fast-paced environment.
    • A self-starter with ability to show resilience under pressure.
    • Experience with Salesforce.com preferred, but not required.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).


    • Bachelor’s Degree preferred or relevant experience 


    • The typical compensation range for this position is $53,000 - $80,000. Offer is commensurate with job related experience and skills commensurate with the open position.
