We’re looking for a detail-oriented expert collaborator with strong Excel skills to join our team as a Compensation and Benefits Analyst II, where you’ll assist our Director of Total Rewards with evaluating, implementing and administrating portions of our compensation and benefit programs to ensure regulatory adherence, market competitiveness and cost effectiveness. In this role, you’ll assist with job evaluation and salary range recommendations, incentive/SPIF plan design and administration, and partner with talent development and corporate communications to educate employees on compensation and benefit programs, among other responsibilities.
