We’re seeking a highly-organized expert collaborator and skillful communicator to join our team as a Workplace Services Coordinator I, where you’ll be responsible for maintaining shared spaces, overseeing our day porters and preserving overall office health and look and feel. You’ll work closely with our Events team, executive administrative assistants and user technology support to help coordinate event logistics, including setup, breakdown, and catering requests. We’re looking for someone who’s extremely fluid: someone who enjoys working in a large, corporate office space where no two days are the same.
