    With the support and backing of our parent company; iCIMS Inc a leading provider of cloud-based talent acquisition solutions; we are looking for a Majors, Account Executive. This is a ground floor opportunity with tremendous upside. The Majors, Account Executive position will be responsible for proactively engaging with iCIMS existing customers to identify and drive small to medium-sized business opportunities. You must be extremely results driven, customer focused, technologically savvy and innovative at building internal relationships with current iCIMS Sales Team. 


    • Learning and Adopting the TextRecruit Sales Methodology and Process

    • Gathering data and actively listening to prospective and existing clients by using consultative sales methods to fully understand their business, uncover their problems, and identify impact areas

    • Thinking strategically to create and deliver complex, customized solutions that provide value to clients’ bottom line

    • Becoming an Industry Expert with researching trends and best practices, reading business publications, seeking out learning and development opportunities and utilizing internal training resources

    • Driving revenue by effectively addressing the client's business needs, offering appropriate value proposition solutions, creating urgency, and closing accounts over the phone

    • Provide marketing/sales literature to partners with prospective clients, assist with sales quoting and special pricing 

    • Promotes renewals and up-sell opportunities within iCIMS existing and competitive accounts

    • Team with iCIMS sales team to build pipeline and close deals


    • 3+ Years Selling Experience

    • Strong ability to initiate, establish and nurture meaningful business relationships over the phone

    • Upbeat and positive demeanor

    • Ability to maintain a high level of activity, manage multiple competing priorities, and work effectively in a results-driven culture

    • Flexible and adaptive to change in a highly dynamic work environment

    • Outstanding written and verbal communication, presentation, and time management skills

    • Proficiency with Salesforce.com and Google Apps

    • Expertise in conceptual sales, solution selling, and value-based selling

    • Experience working on a performance-based compensation structure (base + commission) 

    • BA/BS Degree Required
