We’re seeking an HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our Talent Management team, where you’ll partner with business leaders to ensure seamless design, delivery and execution on a full range of Talent initiatives in support of business objectives. As an HRBP, you’ll support the business across the full talent lifecycle (including areas such as Performance Management, Engagement and Workforce Planning). You’ll also help resolve employee relations issues and have a hand in driving new policy and process. We’re looking for someone who will bring a passion driving results in order to build a reputation as a trusted advisor to leaders. This role will be based in San Jose, California reporting into the iCIMS Associate Director, Talent Management.
