     Do you have experience preparing mockups, prototypes, wireframes and interaction diagrams? Are you familiar with best practices for user experience (UX)? We’re seeking a digitally-focused, expert collaborator to join our team as a User Experience Analyst I, where you’ll lead the execution of the digital experience design process. In this role, you’ll be responsible for gathering content and functional requirements, creating and fielding UX studies, and working with other teams to ensure proper implementation and execution of marketing materials and digital applications. You’ll also serve as the primary content owner, providing user experience recommendations grounded in research and shared best practices for our prospect and customer-facing online marketing environments.     • Assisting in the execution of Prospect Marketing, Customer Marketing, and Brand program experience strategies that drive desired results

    • Executing against UX project plans for each assignment on time and on budge

    • Assisting in ensuring consistency of language and product references across channels/touch points

    • Be a reliable resource to marketing and brand teams for experience design and brainstorming (new campaign creative)

    • Assist in the creation of design that works to build persuasion, empathy, trust, and a superior user experience

    • Conduct design research - User testing, User Persona development, analysis of customer/prospect data for insights that inform design direction

    • Support the development of various content architectures when needed.


    This would include:


    • Organizing content into logical groupings and identifying the primary points of access and user task flows

    • Organizing the overall functional flow of interactive pieces, identify relationships between functional elements with task flows

    • Creating functional layout of information and navigational design in the form of flow charts, branching documents, annotated wireframes, and functional templates with description



    • UX Certification preferred but not required (HFI CUA or equivalent)

    • 2 + years of UX Digital or product experience design, UX research experience

    • Strong understanding of the various design processes and service level offerings

    • Excellent writing skills and ability to produce enough project documentation, business requirements documentation and functional specifications to drive successful development.

    • Strong understanding of site usability and architecture principles.

    • Demonstrated knowledge of processes required for developing and delivering interactive applications.

    • Moderate understanding of prototyping tools such as Axure, InVision.

    • Experience in client presentation and consulting skills for interactive design and development

    • Demonstrated project management including estimating engagement, effort, duration and resources.

    • Demonstrated ability to prioritize components of short- and long-term projects and escalations

    • Proven ability to work well with cross-functional teams to achieve results

    • Proved ability to present to executive level stakeholders


    • Bachelor’s Degree preferred



    • The typical compensation range for this position is $60,000 - $89,000. Offer is commensurate with job related experience and skills commensurate with the open position.
