We’re seeking a passionate people person and enthusiastic collaborator to join our Events Management team as an Events Associate I, where you’ll serve as the primary point person for logistical event tasks and manage all aspects of planning internal and external events, meetings and corporate responsibility initiatives for the organization. In this role, you’ll be responsible for organizing and executing one-of-a-kind events that drive business results and promote employee engagement, environmentalism and holistic wellness. You’ll handle contract negotiations and coordinate all amenities and accommodations, in addition to monitoring spend, managing swag distribution, and reporting on event metrics.
