We’re seeking a driven, detail-oriented self-starter to join our team as a Content Development Associate I, where you’ll develop content narratives and assets to support our Demand Generation and Sales teams, with a focus on account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives. In this role, you’ll be responsible for crafting tailored, account-specific communication materials that can be customized based on unique buyer personas, industry, stage in the sales cycle, and competitive presence in the deal, among other variables. You’ll leverage insights from across various subject matter experts in Sales and Marketing—along with our core product and service messaging materials—to develop a variety of content tools to increase leads and engagement with our solutions, partner integrations and services.     • In partnership with Product Marketing and Sales Operations, lead the expansion of our Buyer Journey Playbook to enable sales and drive marketing content strategy
    • Great opportunity for someone ready to build an ABM content program from the ground up in collaboration with other ABM-focused teams, eager to sustain a robust understanding of target audiences, buyer personas, and market segment
    • Lead the content research and development on complex executive personas
    • Participate in discussions with sales and marketing leadership to gather insights on one-to-one and one-to-many enterprise content marketing needs (emails, direct mailers, presentation decks, eBooks, etc.)
    • Develop ABM campaigns for Demand Gen deployment based on budget, timing, and target needs
    • Collaborates with Demand Generation to access content needs, create assets, and then test and monitor the results of these materials over time
    • Coordinates with the Product Marketing team to ensure that messaging accurately reflects benefits and features and considers various user perspectives and personas
    • Uses competitive intelligence to differentiate iCIMS solutions to promote cross-selling
    • Crafts content and thought leadership materials to appeal to targeted personas within different company sizes, industry types, and locations
    • Modifies content tools as necessary to work well with a global audience when warranted
    • Occasionally drafts articles and blog posts for iCIMS’ thought leadership website, Hiring Insights
    • Consistently ensures that business is conducted with integrity at all times and that behavior aligns with iCIMS' core competencies

    • Bachelor's degree or higher in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, Business or related field or equivalent experience
    • Minimum of 1 year of experience in marketing and sales content development within a B2B setting strongly preferred
    • Experience working for a B2B SaaS provider or technology company a plus, but not required
    • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
    • Ability to work cross-functionally within marketing and sales
    • Experience building content campaigns and strategies as well as Sales enablement content
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with exceptional detail orientation required
    • A high degree of optimism, self-motivation, enthusiasm and drive for delivering a high quality work product with the ability to switch gears to manage multiple project types
    • Previous experience researching and using industry data to create meaningful business narratives to support editorial content strongly preferred
    • A willingness to learn, with the distinct ability to offer their own insight, suggestions and feedback to iCIMS management in a productive way
    • Strong work ethic and a passion for content planning and development
    • Demonstrated abilities in project management
    • Ability to work out of our Holmdel, NJ corporate office
