We’re looking for a skilled influencer and self-starter who’s familiar with Agile methodologies to join our team as a DevOps Engineer, where you’ll collaborate with agile and Cloud Ops teams to help design, build and augment our software delivery pipeline. As a DevOps Engineer, you’ll make recommendations as to how we can improve the software delivery process, and create cloud infrastructure and configuration as code to automate provisioning and scaling processes. You’ll document products and processes and establish standards for deployment automation, and perform code reviews to ensure adherence.     • Consult, collaborate and implement solutions in concert architecture team
    • Gathers requirements from development staff, formulates plans, and deploys solutions
    • Supports all servers in development, including installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, etc.
    • Infrastructure support and administration for all Development team tools (Atlassian suite, Jenkins etc.)
    • Provide support for development with tools, automation and self service.
    • Develops new solutions to replace static assets with cloud infrastructure automation.
    • Monitors, logs, resolves, and escalate issues with development, test, and supporting applications. Ensure all services are available and secure
    • Administers virtual networks and cloud assets, tests for secure networking
    • Administers security, patching, and develops automation scripting utilizing various scripting languages and technologies
    • Develops operations procedures to ensure timely resolution or escalation of issues
    • Mentor Levels I and II
    • Provides regular status reports and gather requirements from departments and internal customers and provides input into the infrastructure products that are bought or built
    • Documents and maintains operational procedures, develop and oversee project plans, and implements change control procedures. Participate in technical advisory roles, as required
    • Consistently ensures that business is conducted with integrity at all times and that behavior aligns with iCIMS policies, procedures, and core competencies


    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in computer systems or operation/production environment
    • Experience with cloud service vendors (AWS, Azure etc.)
    • Skilled in one or more of the following scripting languages/frameworks (Bash, Python, Perl, JS, Ruby, Java)
    • Experience with an Automation framework (Chef, Puppet Ansible, CloudFormation)
    • Experience with container technologies
    • Ability to work independently with limited supervision 
    • Strong organizational skills and the ability to plan and schedule activities and functions 
    • Good interpersonal skills across all levels of the organization
    • Ability to handle multiple projects/assignments/tasks simultaneously and achieve results
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Articulates thoughts and ideas clearly, concisely, and persuasively
    • Ability to work effectively within a fast paced, changing environment that is going through high growth
    • A self-starter with the demonstrated ability to take initiative, who can proactively identify issues/opportunities and recommend and/or take actions
    • Strong results orientation
    • Demonstrated customer service orientation
    • BA/BS preferred or relevant work experience
