In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing a large number of vendors and significant spend, as well as reporting on monthly and quarterly performance against target objectives.     Responsibilities

    • Develop demand and lead generation strategies, conversion programs, and marketing campaigns that provide measurable improvement for top-line and bottom-line growth and meet goals
    • Develop and present comprehensive lead generation plans for profitable growth; and develop the campaigns, execution steps, content requirements, reporting templates, and supporting systems management
    • Analyze performance to optimize conversion rates and make data-driven decisions.
    • Manage the demand generation budget and execution of activities within the defined budget.
    • Manage Inbound marketing operations including demand gen technology, reporting, and dashboards to demonstrate revenue impact and ROI
    • Partner closely with Inside Sales to enhance the lead management process to improve pipeline conversion.
    • Partner closely with Marketing Automation teams to continuously refine and enhance lead scoring strategies to improve business performance
    • Partner closely with Website, Brand, Design and Development teams to optimize our owned web properties for inbound marketing lead generation and conversion.
    • Own the relationship with sales and forge strong communication and service level agreement (SLA) between marketing and sales
    • Own the relationship and oversee the management of our search agency.
    • Collaborate with marketing, product and sales team members to enhance the buyer experience and execute lead nurture and engagement strategies in a consistent, compelling and connected way.
    • Partner with Marketing Analytics team to conduct A/B tests across channels to continuously optimize campaign and channel performance.
    • Create lead generation forecast models by vendor and segment
    • Execute on the strategies, processes, team structure and effectively manage the metrics necessary to hit and exceed corporate objectives
    • Analyze, track, manage, and improve team monthly activity and performance
    • Report on monthly/quarterly CPL/CPO by vendor and segment to ensure lead generation quality and operational objectives will be met
    • Lead, inspire, manage, and mentor direct reports to maximize their individual potential and professional growth, as well as ability to function effectively as a team
    • Cultivate an environment of teamwork, openness, creativity, and continuous improvement. You and your team must be forward thinking and always testing new opportunities

    Qualifications

    • BA/BS marketing field or related
    • 8+years of experience in lead generation, digital marketing, integrated marketing or similar field; B2B software experience preferred; HR industry knowledge a plus.
    • 5+ years of experience leading and managing a team of direct reports.
    • Ability to create forecasts, financial models, and budgets
    • Familiar with target audience segmentation strategies that optimize results
    • Advanced knowledge of digital marketing landscape and emerging technologies and trends in B2B demand generation
    • Experienced in creating executive-level summaries that distill the complex into the digestible/actionable
    • Must have a proven track record of developing and implementing programs that deliver business results
    • Comfortable communicating up, down and across the organization regarding performance goals and metrics around strategic initiatives
    • Strong verbal and written communications skills
    • Ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams and champion new concepts and ideas
    • Able to provide strategic direction to internal teams that accomplish business goals
    • Strong organization skills, with the ability to prioritize; multi-task and work with competing deadlines
    • Demonstrated proficiency in analyzing, reporting, and improving key marketing metrics and making data-driven decisions.
    • Sound understanding of lead scoring, lead nurture, and funnel management concepts.
    • Ace vendor management and negotiation skills.
    • Proactive work ethic and highly self-motivated.
    • Creative problem solver, capable of removing obstacles and moving projects to completion.
    • Experience with Web Analytics (Google Analytics experience a plus)
    • Experience with Salesforce CRM
