We’re seeking a collaborative, resilient process guru to join our team as a Project Manager, Software Releases, where you’ll serve as the voice of the project and be responsible for the successful rollout of all software releases from an organizational readiness perspective. In this role, you’ll work cross-departmentally to ensure internal and external customers are prepared to successfully execute responsibilities when a new software version goes live. You’ll work closely with all agile teams and Product Management to identify and understand impacts early on, and ensure systems, processes and plans are in place for marketing, training, support, and production rollouts. To succeed, you’ll need to stay on top of every deadline and detail, and hold people accountable for their piece of the puzzle.
