    Responsibilities

    • Expertise in a single technology or domain
    • Develop and maintain a scalable web and responsive applications
    • Collaborate with agile team members on achieving Sprint deliverables
    • Implement new features and perform code reviews
    • Research and resolve complex problems as they arise
    • Mentor Software Developers (I)
    • Consistently ensures that business is conducted with integrity at all times and that behavior aligns with iCIMS’ policies, procedures, and core competencies.

    Qualifications

    • Advanced proficiency with one or more of the following: Java, iOS development (Swift, Objective C), Android development
    • Proficiency with several basic design patterns including Factory Method, Singleton, and Adapter patterns
    • Proficiency in one or more of the following program languages; JSP, AJAX, HTML, CSS, Javascript, Hibernate and Spring
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  Articulates thoughts and ideas clearly, concisely, and persuasively
    • Ability to work effectively within a fast paced, changing environment that is going through high growth
    • A self-starter with the demonstrated ability to take initiative, who can proactively identify issues/opportunities and recommend actions
    • Strong results orientation

    Education/Certifications/Licenses Required

    • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or other technical degree and 1 years of software engineering experience or 1 year of experience developing recruiting software.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or other technical degree and 3 years of experience developing recruiting software or 5 years of software engineering experience.
    • In lieu of bachelor’s or technical degree, we will accept 2 additional years of software engineering experience.
