As a Manager, AD, you’ll oversee the daily activities of the Inside Sales team, looking at what’s happening at a grassroots level, providing fresh ideas, and adjusting strategies as needed.     Responsibilities

    • Lead a team of 9 Account Development Executives (ADEs) responsible for generating viable selling opportunities for the Sales team.
    • Work cross functionally with other departments driving towards the ultimate goal of generating revenue
    • Achieve plan goals for opportunities. Develop and implement strategies and processes to support the ADE team in delivering against individual and company objectives.
    • Work with Director to drive the ADE forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes in line with corporate objectives.
    • Create a productive, results oriented and rewarding team environment.
    • Own ADE performance metrics and KPIs
    • Proactively identify and address opportunities to improve ADE performance, processes, people and technology.
    • Assess process and provide feedback to Director to improve opportunity creation and win rates
    • Coach and mentor direct reports.
    • Collaborate with Sales Management and Inside Sales Trainer to determine training needs and implement programs.
    • Own talent management including performance reviews and development plans.

    Qualifications

    • Minimum 8 years of sales and/or account management experience preferred
    • Minimum 3 years of managerial experience preferred
    • Strong experience with evaluating, hiring, and training resources
    • Experience with sales process development and systems in a metrics-driven technology business
    • Consistent record of quota achievement
    • Proven leadership skills with experience building and growing high performing teams
    • Demonstrated expertise in sales strategies, techniques, processes and measurements
    • Strong aptitude in organizational skills include project management and time management
    • Strong desire to learn and teach. Takes pride in individual growth and has the ability to prepare the team’s skills to address the next phase of the company’s development.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
    • Strong motivator
