    The Content Development Associate III is an experienced professional who creates and oversees a large body of content focused on recruitment marketing trends and product capabilities.  This person is charged with partnering closely with the Product Marketing and Labs (iCIMS’ Development) departments to ensure all content needed to support this ever-evolving subject matter and iCIMS’ recruitment marketing product portfolio is developed on message, on tone, on deadline and with creativity. The role requires attention to detail and a desire to be on the top of today’s dynamic recruitment marketing trends and the industry, including closely following market-moving technology providers in the space like Google, LinkedIn and Facebook as well as strategic business partners. This individual will need to have concise writing and editing skills, and a knack for creating engaging copy that can be produced within tight deadlines. This role is responsible for ensuring all content produced on the topic of recruitment marketing and in circulation aligns with brand and data disclosure guidelines, message strategies resources, and the company vision – and is consistently maintained. This individual will ensure iCIMS is providing exceptional, informative and engaging content that is aligned to core business messages, drafted within style guidelines, and written to address audience/persona-specific needs.

    Responsibilities

    • Ensure a high standard of style and writing.
    • Support and maintain all content created for iCIMS’ recruitment marketing products and services. This includes presentations, sales documents, webinars, email communications and more.
    • Partner closely with Labs and Product Marketing & Planning Teams on new software release content needs.
    • Serve as the go-to resource on recruitment marketing trends and partner closely with iCIMS’ Recruitment Marketing Product Marketing Manager on go to market plans, related new software releases, and partnership announcements.
    • Support Sales adoption and collateral creation that drives interest towards iCIMS’ recruitment marketing offers and trending topics at varying persona, vertical and segment levels.
    • Collaborate with a team of Content Development Associates to share best practices in content creation. Build a productive partnership loop of feedback with your peers.
    • Effectively and independently manage your content creation process, using formal intake processes, to ensure business alignment. Leverage your manager as needed for support to bypass roadblocks.
    • Independently and proactively manage your workload using project management practices and shift priorities as needed.  
    • Serve as the lead in Content Development on any new trends in recruitment marketing, ensuring those trends are shared within the team and across the Marketing Department overall for further adoption in larger content library and new material.
    • Ensure all content meets AP Style standards.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
    • A minimum of 

      6 years of experience in a content marketing function – agency preferred with SaaS experience.
    • Proven copywriting skills.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
    • Ability to communicate audience-appropriate information and ideas clearly in writing. Your peers and bosses need to easily understand your direction and recommendations.
    • Demonstrated flexibility, resilience and creativity when solving for complex issues.
    • Comfortable working in a demanding, fast-paced changing environment that is experiencing high growth.
    • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize; multi-task and work with competing deadlines.
    • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a high degree of approachability and the ability to work seamlessly in a team oriented environment.
    • Proactive work ethic and highly self-motivated.
    • Creative problem solver, capable of removing obstacles and moving projects to completion.
