We’re looking for a data-driven self-starter to join our Search and Paid Media team as a Paid Media Associate I, where you’ll refine and execute strategies geared toward producing lead generation programs to achieve various monthly segment goals. In this role, you’ll be responsible for deploying and monitoring several inbound and outbound marketing initiatives, as well as managing vendor relationships and reporting on daily metrics. You’ll perform continued data analysis to help us optimize performance, in addition to monitoring the competitive landscape and staying apprised of new software and market trends.     • Assists in developing, overseeing, and implementing marketing campaigns to drive qualified leads into the sales pipeline
    • Works with advertisers and vendors to ensure that promotions are going out in a timely manner and are driving return on investment
    • Initiate drafts for ad copy, landing pages, email, and monthly testing plans for responsible channels such as paid email, paid social, or pay-per-lead programs
    • Plans and executes campaigns to deliver required monthly lead volume by segment to achieve demand generation and sales targets
    • Collaborates with the Sales department to gain insight and brainstorms activities that will increase the opportunity conversion and sales conversion
    • Interfaces with other Marketing associates to enhance iCIMS’ impact and maintain a clear brand message
    • Manages execution of activities within a defined budget
    • Reports on monthly and quarterly Cost-Per-Lead and Cost-Per-Opportunity metrics
    • Leverages CRM tool to track performance and analyze data trends against monthly goals
    • Researches industry landscape to develop go-to-market strategies to reach end user/buyer
    • Demonstrates a sense of urgency and takes initiative
    • Maintains flexibility and reacts to change appropriately
    • Receives and takes action on feedback and lessons learned for continual professional improvement and development
    • Takes measures to enhance body of knowledge and skill set through training
    • Other duties as assigned
    • Consistently ensures that business is conducted with integrity at all times and that behavior aligns with iCIMS policies, procedures, and core competencies


    • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
    • A minimum of 1 year of experience working with investment-based marketing initiatives.  Direct marketing or B2B lead generation a plus
    • Requires strong reporting capabilities and the ability to provide insights and analyze lead data/campaign results
    • Previous project and budget management experience
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to work seamlessly in a team-oriented environment
    • Demonstrated flexibility, creativity and problem-solving skills
    • Strong results orientation with a proven track record of flawless execution and strong attention to detail
    • Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency and Salesforce.com experience is a plus
    • Comfortable working in a demanding, fast-paced changing environment that is going through high growth
    • Believes in self and is passionate about learning and growing
    • Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and can easily switch gears to manage multiple project types
