    With the support and backing of our parent company; iCIMS Inc a leading provider of cloud-based talent acquisition solutions; we are looking for an Enterprise, Account Executive to be based at the iCIMS Holmdel, NJ office. The Enterprise, Account Executive position will be responsible for proactively engaging with iCIMS existing customers to identify and drive enterprise-sized business opportunities and will report to our VP, New Business. You must be extremely results driven, customer focused, technologically savvy and innovative at building internal relationships with current iCIMS Sales Team members.



    • Learning and Adopting the TextRecruit Sales Methodology and Process
    • Gathering data and actively listening to prospective and existing clients by using consultative sales methods to fully understand their business, uncover their problems, and identify impact areas
    • Thinking strategically to create and deliver complex, customized solutions that provide value to clients’ bottom line
    • Becoming an Industry Expert with researching trends and best practices, reading business publications, seeking out learning and development opportunities and utilizing internal training resources
    • Driving revenue by effectively addressing the client's business needs, offering appropriate value proposition solutions, creating urgency, and closing accounts over the phone
    • Provide marketing/sales literature to partners with prospective clients, assist with sales quoting and special pricing
    • Promotes renewals and up-sell opportunities within iCIMS existing and competitive accounts
    • Team with iCIMS sales team to build pipeline and close deals
    • Periodic travel to TextRecruit Headquarters in San Jose, CA for meetings and training and/or trade shows or customer meetings


    • 5+ Years Selling Experience
    • Strong ability to initiate, establish and nurture meaningful business relationships over the phone and/or in person
    • Upbeat and positive demeanor
    • Ability to maintain a high level of activity, manage multiple competing priorities, and work effectively in a results-driven culture
    • Flexible and adaptive to change in a highly dynamic work environment
    • Outstanding written and verbal communication, presentation, and time management skills
    • Proficiency with Salesforce.com and Google Apps
    • Expertise in conceptual sales, solution selling, and value-based selling
    • Experience working on a performance-based compensation structure (base + incentive) 
    • BA/BS Degree strongly preferred
    • Able to communicate with and influence multiples layers of organizations, including Senior Leadership. Through a constant presence, becomes aware of changes in a customer’s organization and alters sales plan accordingly.
    • Effective at developing and maintaining client relationships at senior management (C– Suite) levels.
    • Ability to travel 10-20%.
