If so, we’re looking for you to join our Search and Paid Media team as an Account Based Marketing Associate II, where you’ll refine and execute strategies geared to meet pipeline goals for our Enterprise target accounts. In this role, you’ll be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing programs that generate new prospects and advance existing opportunities for the sales team. You’ll perform continued data analysis to help us optimize performance, in addition to monitoring the competitive landscape and staying apprised of new software and market trends.     • Develops and implements target account strategy to support account-based selling
    • Aligns account-based marketing framework throughout the organization
    • Executes 1 to 1, 1 to few, and broad-based marketing initiatives to meet pipeline requirements of varied Enterprise segments
    • Aligns closely with sales to understand target account lists and define best targets for various marketing programs and sales plays
    • Proactively collaborates with the sales and marketing stakeholders to gain Account insight and brainstorm activities that will increase the opportunity conversion and sales conversion of in-pipeline accounts
    • Understands and defines which marketing programs, campaigns, and assets to leverage for account planning and execution based on target account objectives and plan
    • Interfaces with internal marketing stakeholders to enhance iCIMS impact and maintain a clear brand message and well-orchestrated plan across key target accounts
    • Monitors industry landscape to develop go-to-market strategies to reach target personas and identify gaps within strategic accounts
    • Develops data and insight strategy to add key personas within accounts partnering with inbound marketing associates
    • Maintains expertise in account-based marketing best practices, tactics, trends. Shares insights and recommendations with Management for improving process and results.
    • Manages execution of activities within a defined outbound marketing budget and reports back to the business monthly and quarterly on metrics of engagement; Ensures that promotions are going out in a timely manner
    • Leverages CRM tool to track performance and analyze data trends against goals
    • Provides ongoing data and insights on target accounts and contacts within these accounts utilizing internal tools and resources to provide value to sales.
    • Consistently ensures that business is conducted with integrity at all times and that behavior aligns with iCIMS’ core competencies

    • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a high-tech B2B demand generation, ABM, or segment-based marketing role
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or comparable education/experience preferred
    • Experience with account-based marketing programs and Enterprise account selling teams preferred
    • Requires strong reporting capabilities and the ability to provide insights and analyze multi-channel campaign results
    • Familiarity with the technical sales cycle and how to employ marketing communication strategies to nurture leads, drive adoption, and accelerate growth
    • Previous project and budget management experience
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to work seamlessly in a team-oriented environment
    • Demonstrated flexibility, creativity and problem-solving skills
    • Strong results orientation with a proven track record of flawless execution and strong attention to detail
    • Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency and Salesforce.com experience is a plus
    • Comfortable working in a demanding, fast-paced changing environment that is going through high growth
    • Believes in self and is passionate about learning and growing
    • Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and can easily switch gears to manage multiple project types
