The Regional VP, Enterprise Sales will be responsible for leading a seasoned a Sales team who focus on iCIMS’ growth proposition within the Enterprise segment. The Manager will be responsible for executing our growth strategy by ensuring their team of Account Executives are trained, supported, and in a position to succeed.
In this role you will oversee . They generate new business opportunities by targeting and researching new enterprise accounts, qualifying and developing opportunities via a planned process, and structuring and winning customer deals. Our Enterprise Account Executives conduct high-level conversations with the C suite and other senior executives about their business, their talent acquisition issues, and their business priorities. A successful Regional VP, Enterprise Sales will have a track record of similar individual contributor sales roles, showing a pattern of increasing responsibility and oversight of others. We’re looking for proven leadership qualities, which include the ability to influence and motivate in a fast-paced environment along with a great work ethic. You will show that you can lead by example to garner trust, gain respect, effectively communicate and encourage collaboration.
In this role, you will be instrumental in empowering and overseeing a team of Enterprise Account Executives. You’ll coordinate with sales leadership and executive management to define sales initiatives within your defined territory, help to educate, delegate and motivate the sales team and advance deals as necessary.
