    Responsibilities

    • Partner with the revenue team to manage customer revenue accurately throughout the entire revenue cycle from sales order entry to billing to collections to payment posting and reconciliation. 
    • Review and approve all sales orders in Netsuite and ensure each sales order is properly accounted for in accordance with US GAAP.
    • Review, interpret and determine proper accounting for non-standard terms and conditions in our revenue contracts
    • Prepare journal entries and ensures accurate and complete revenue related data in all accounting systems and General Ledger coding of revenue.
    • Assist in monthly closings with the preparation of various revenue analyses (i.e. Deferred Revenue analysis, bad debt analysis, DSO, revenue by customer, etc) for management.
    • Key member in determining process improvement within our current revenue processes and lead the effort to create detail process documents.
    •  Key member in the implementation of new revenue tools (including upgraded Netsuite, Billing Module, etc)
    • Align with cross functionally peers to help strategize ways to improve our current processes to help scale with the business and reduce the time to close. 
    • Consistently ensures that business is conducted with integrity at all times and that behavior aligns with iCIMS policies, procedures, and core competencies.
    • Assist with analysis and adoption of ASC 606, Revenue from Contract with Customers
    • Assist in audit, process improvements, and software implementations as necessary.
    • Participate in ad-hoc projects as assigned.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree with emphasis on accounting.
    • CPA required.
    • Minimum of 4 years of experience with a mix of public and private experience; including at least 2 years of experience in revenue recognition.
    • SaaS experience strongly preferred
    • Strong proficiency in Microsoft office, including Excel Pivot tables, Vlookup, Macros, etc.
    • Experience in Netsuite and SalesForce is a big plus.
    • Must have positive attitude and thrive in fast-paced environment.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • High degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and organization.
    • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
