As a Technical Recruiter, you’ll be responsible for devising creative, outbound sourcing strategies, providing a best-in-class candidate experience and working closely with the rest of the TA team. You’ll need to provide a hands-on, end-to-end consultative approach, working closely with senior leaders to help them think through what they’re looking for, asking the right questions, and when necessary, guiding them in the right direction.     • Performs full life cycle recruiting for a specific department within iCIMS as well as provides additional sourcing and or recruitment support as needed for other parts of the organization on their efforts.
    • As a domain specialist, acts as an advisor to hiring managers and iCIMS leadership for technical talent pipeline development while working closely with hiring managers to execute and build effective sourcing, assessment, and close approaches for open technical positions.
    • Conducts behavioral based screening calls with candidates for technical acumen, fit with technical environment and cultural fit with iCIMS
    • Utilize Company’s Applicant Tracking System to record all relevant job and candidate activity and documentation as required by icims’ policies and procedures to ensure a compliant applicant process.
    • Leverages multiple complex sourcing strategies and channels to provide high quality candidates utilizing advanced search methods.
    • Builds a pipeline of this key talent for current and future needs through maintenance of ongoing communications and touch points
    • Works with hiring managers to ensure that best interviewing practices are being followed and optimized.
    • Provides feedback and recommendations to hiring manager on selection of finalist candidates
    • Collaborates with colleagues in talent acquisition to share recruitment and industry knowledge, information, best practices for the benefit of the broader organization.
    • Assists with university recruitment efforts as needed
    • Identify and participate in networking activities, industry conferences and open houses to build relationships and connect with future talent.
    • Assist in the creation of role descriptions and detailed profiles for business partners.
    • Develops and maintains professional relationships with external vendors and partners
    • Leverages technology and tools to drive process efficiencies
    • Networks through industry contacts, associations, trade groups and coworkers to benchmark and identify best practices
    • Ensures all interactions and communications with candidates and hiring managers drive high satisfaction.
    • Maintains compliance with federal, state and local employment laws
    • Consistently ensures that their work is conducted with integrity at all times and that behavior aligns with iCIMS policies, procedures, and core competencies


    • BA/BS preferred or relevant work experience
    • Minimum of 7 years of recruiting experience as a full-cycle recruiter, with at least 3 years recruiting for Tech roles
    • Exceptional interview/follow up skills
    • Understanding of Tech terminology and processes & demonstrated success in recruiting for technical functions
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Articulates thoughts and ideas clearly, concisely, and persuasively
    • A self-starter with the demonstrated ability to take initiative, who can proactively identify issues/opportunities and recommend actions
    • Demonstrated sense of urgency and strong results orientation
    • Demonstrated customer service orientation and a positive attitude
    • Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment of change, multiple deadlines and priorities
    • Experienced in using Applicant Tracking Software
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
