We’re looking for a self-motivated critical thinker with a technology/SaaS background to join our team as a Competitive Intelligence (CI) Analyst II, where you’ll own competitive intelligence data collection and presentation regarding features, functions and services, as well as perform win/loss and competitive pricing analysis. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing vendor relationships and competitive profiles, providing regular updates on the competitive landscape. You’ll be accountable for the collection, synthesis, distribution and usability of competitive and market trend intelligence, and will help drive pricing, product sales and marketing decisions by providing critical information and strategic insights. We’re looking for an analytical, keenly perceptive thinker—someone who can see the big picture, while not losing sight of the details.
