Do you have segment-specific marketing expertise (vertical, business size, or geography)? Have you worked in SaaS or HR technology? We’re seeking a highly-driven, senior marketing professional to join our team as a Segment Marketing Director, where you’ll work closely with the Director, Planning & Product Marketing and various subject matter experts across the Marketing Department to develop and socialize segment-specific business delivery strategies targeting mid-market and enterprise companies. In this role, you’ll partner with General Managers (GMs) who are aligned to specific business segments to map those strategies to corresponding operational needs and achieve segment-specific annual goals, and coordinate with Finance to report on performance relative to plan projections. We’re looking for someone who’s comfortable working alongside and supporting senior executives—someone who’s used to developing presentations designed to gain cross-functional buy-in, and providing executive-level status updates against plans in flight.
